Hooray for in-person yoga! This weekly open level class is a great opportunity for those who want to deepen their practice together in community with others. Classes are vinyasa based with a strong focus on alignment, incorporating asana, pranayama and meditation. All levels are welcome in this class but if you have never taken yoga before, please reach out before hand.
