Yoga naturally complements a child’s development. With each yoga pose, game, breathing activity or relaxation technique children have an opportunity to explore, discover and grow. Come join in this dynamic training program and learn how to share the joy and benefits of yoga and mindfulness with children of all ages!

• Teacher development; includes 1:1 feedback time with TT directors
